22-Year-Old Connecticut Teacher Tayler Boncal Arrested For Sex With Student

WTNH   A former West Hartford school employee has been arrested on sexual assault charges after officials say she engaged in a sexual relationship with an 18-year-old male student. According to West Hartford police, 22-year-old Tayler Boncal, of Beacon Falls, was arrested Friday. Boncal is charged with three counts of sexual assault. The arrest stems from an investigation by West Hartford officers that began in early January. Police say Boncal was accused of having a sexual relationship with an 18-year-old male student at Conard High School. Officers determined that Boncal had been living in New Britain during the time of the alleged relationship. The West Hartford school system alerted the New Britain Police Department of the allegation, and an investigation was initiated. Conard High School Principal Julio Duarte sent a letter to parents informing them of the situation. In the letter, Duarte said that Boncal is no longer employed at Conard. The safety and well-being of all students is and will always be my number one priority. I know that there have been rumors amongst students these past few weeks. Now that the police action has concluded, I am able to inform you of an incident that I was made aware of between a former student teacher/assistant coach and a student. Once I received the misconduct complaint, I immediately informed the police and launched an investigation. While I cannot comment on the specifics of the investigation, I can tell you that this person no longer works at Conard. The incident did not occur on our campus and I have been working closely with both the New Britain and West Hartford Police Departments to ensure that this individual is held accountable for their actions. As educators, we are entrusted to protect and educate all of our students and know there are certain boundaries that can never be crossed. Also, we will not tolerate any behavior that compromises the safety or well-being of our students. I hope you will not let the misconduct of this one individual cast a shadow over all of our staff members who demonstrate their commitment to our students every day. If you have any questions or concerns about this situation please feel free to contact me.” An arrest warrant was obtained for Boncal, and she subsequently turned herself in to police. Boncal was arraigned in New Britain Superior Court Friday.

As you know, we here at SportSmasher.com have our fingers on the pulse of the growing American “epidemic” of hot female teachers getting arrested for having sex with their lucky male students, we usually call this a victimless crime, and in this case it’s a better example of a victimless crime than any other teacher student sex scandal we have seen before because the student was in fact 18-years-old. The student was of legal age, and while I get that smoking hot 22-year-old teacher Tayler Boncal should be fired under a morality clause, she should not be arrested for sexual assault. If Tayler Boncal was a 22-year-old college senior, and she was banging an 18-year-old college freshman, there would no problem. So in this case, I agree that Tayler Boncal should need to find a new line of work, but would not be surprised if she walks on the charges. I would just also like to take a moment to congratulate this 18-year-old male student for living out every teenage boy’s fantasy, you got to have sex with your piping hot 22-year-old teacher, and are essentially living out the plot of Van Halen’s “Hot For Teacher” music video. You probably don’t know who Van Halen is, look it up, it’s on YouTube. All of my teachers growing up were elderly sea creatures who hated my guts, I never was taught by had a 22-year-old hottie, and if any of my teachers were ever “open for business” every guy in my class would have ran the other direction. Anyway, congratulations, every adult male in America is jealous of your sexual exploits.

UPDATE: Tayler Boncal was a high school track star, who competed on the track team at Stony Brook University and then Central Connecticut State University, she was a Social Studies teacher and assistant track coach at Conard High School. The boy that Tayler Boncal has a sexual relationship with was not one of the students she was responsible for coaching. The relationship began when the student asked for Tayler Boncal’s phone number, and the pair had sex numerous times at Tayler Boncal’s home, the first on Christmas Day and into January. According to Fox61 the boy’s parents say that their son and Tayler Boncal are “in love” and have asked for Tayler Boncal to not be prosecuted.
