Ohio Substitute Teacher Madeline Marx Arrested For Sex With Two Students

Madeline Marx is in custody at the Montgomery County Jail. She was arrested on Wednesday, November 8, after students reported an alleged inappropriate relationship between Marx and students. A police report released by Kettering Police states there were two victims. The names of the victims have been redacted because they are minors. According to the report, the alleged relationship started in June of this year and ended in September. Kettering Police have released video from inside the police cruiser as Marx was taken to jail. In the video, she sits in the back seat with her hands handcuffed behind her back. Marx is a substitute teacher for Kettering and Oakwood schools. “Teachers are entrusted with the responsibility of educating children who are becoming young adults,” said Montgomery County Prosecutor Mat Heck Jr., “this defendant took advantage of her position and developing a sexual relationship with minor students.”
