Double Knockout From Shamrock FC 285 (Video)

At Shamrock FC 285 on March 11th at the Ameristar Casino in Kansas City, Missouri,  Axel Cazares took on Alan Vasquez, and the MMA fight ended in an extremely rare double knockout. Both fighters had their hands down, they threw hooks at the same time, they both connected and dropped one another. Due to a little know which is in place if this situation happens, Alan Vasquez got to his feet first and was coherent, so he was declared the winner. Axel Cazares was wobbled and could not stand, so he lost the fight, by way of double knockout. This is the exact same ending as Rocky II:
