North Carolina Teacher Arrested For Having Sex With Three Students

NYDailyNews A North Carolina math teacher was fired less than a year into the job after she was accused of having inappropriate sexual relations with three male students, police said. Erin Elizabeth McAuliffe, 25, of Rocky Mount, N.C., is charged with three counts of sexual activity with a student and one count of indecent liberties with a minor, according to local media reports. The alleged sexual activity took place off campus, police said. School administrators reported the incidents to police, who say the students involved include a 16-year-old and two 17-year-olds. Police interviewed faculty and students at Rocky Mount Preparatory School before charging McAuliffe on Thursday. McAuliffe was booked into the Carteret County Jail Friday on a $20,000 bond. She is scheduled to appear in Nash County District Court Monday.
