This video is going viral, after the Mets lost to the Brewers 7-1 at Citi Field dropping their 2017 record to 23-28, Mets mascot Mr. Met flipped off some taunting fans. After the middle finger incident, the Mets announced that the person in the Mr. Met costume in this video would not portray Mr. Met again, but would remain with the team in some capacity. I’m not sure why the Mets organization is so upset with Mr. Met, the video is hilarious, and the Mets have been essentially flipping off their fans for years with their on field product.
