Mike Adams Will Hear His Name Called Early On Draft Day
I’m an NFL Draft nut so I was reading through some reports from the Senior Bowl, which took place in Mobile, Alabama. When you hear about players who have boosted their stock one name that keeps coming up is Ohio State left tackle Mike Adams. A prototypical left tackle, Adams is athletic and strong, measuring 6’7 and 323lbs with nearly 34 inch arm length. He will not catch USC’s Ryan Kalil as the top left tackle in the class, but Adams will not have to wait long to hear his name called, and could be the second offensive lineman off of the board in April. I feel as though you could already make a case that Adams has leapfrogged Stanford’s Jonathan Martin and Iowa’s Riely Reiff and should be the second tackle selected, likely within the top ten picks of the draft. Left tackle is a premium position, and Adams should be a good one at the next level.
