NYDailyNews The Juice will soon be loose. Fallen football star-turned-pariah O.J. Simpson will taste freedom again in a matter of weeks after a Nevada parole board Thursday agreed to release him from prison. “Nobody’s ever accused me of pulling any weapon on them,” Simpson told the four parole board members in the room. “I thought I did pretty good with people,” he declared later. “I basically spent a conflict-free life.” Simpson, now 70, was accused of domestic violence against ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson prior to the stunning June 12, 1994, killings outside her home. Slain along with Nicole was waiter Ronald Goldman. The parole board acknowledged receiving hundreds of letters both for and against his parole, with many people mentioning the murders. Simpson was assured that prosecution would play no part in the board’s decision.
O.J. Simpson has been granted parole, the juice is loose, and one of the most notorious Americans will soon be back on a street near you. Now he can finally catch “the real killers” from his ex-wife Nicole Brown-Simpson and Ron Goldman’s 1994 double murder. A few of O.J.’s quotes from this hearing were comical in hindsight:
O.J. Said: “Nobody’s ever accused me of pulling any weapon on them”
We thought “and lived to tell”
O.J. Said: “I’m a straight shooter”
We thought “we always thought you were more of a slasher or stabber”
Americans everywhere, O.J.Simpson will soon be coming to a town near you, especially if that town has a golf course.
