NYPost Barry Eugene Speakman, 32, landed in jail Monday night after kicking a teen girl in the neck for getting his McDonald’s order wrong, news station WKMG reported. Speakman, who is from Summerfield, Florida, had given a 16-year-old acquaintance strict orders to get him a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese, pickles, mayo and fries. Instead, she returned home with a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese, pickles, mayo — and no fries. The crucial mistake upset Speakman, who went and found the teen in a different room eating chicken nuggets. He then allegedly drop-kicked her in the shoulder and neck, saying “I thought you said you got my order right,” according to WKMG. The girl was brought to Munroe Regional Medical Center to be treated for her injuries. Speakman confessed to authorities that he kicked the teen. He was taken into custody at Marion County Jail and charged with simple battery.
This is our second fast food related crime revolving around french fries over the past two days, first a Minnesota woman was arrested after she sprayed mace through a Wendy’s drive-thru window at employees after receiving stale fries, and now a Florida man was arrested after drop kicking a teenager who got his complicated cheeseburger order correct but forgot his fries. If someone forgets your McDonald’s french fries, you are allowed to be upset, but I would not recommend getting so upset that you dropkick a teenage girl. Then you are behind bars, and paying fines, over $1.89 large french fries.
On that note, here is the WWE’s 32 best drop kicks, but I doubt Barry Eugene Speakman’s drop kick had good form:
