This video is going viral, bow hunter Richard Wesley was hunting bear The Fire River in Ontario, Canada when he was attacked by a large black bear, and the entire terrifying incident was captured on Wesley’s GoPro camera. The bear charges and leaps at Wesley, knocking him to the ground, and at first I thought I was hearing a man get mauled to death. However, after the bear knocked Richard Wesley to the ground, it abandoned the attack and ran away, leaving him to collect himself and prove that he was in fact okay. Richard Wesley got extremely lucky, if that bear decided to continue with its attack, it could have easily finished him off. This first person point of view video of a bear attack is scary, it shows you exactly what it would feel like to be attacked by a bear, and it reinforces the fact that I never want to run into a bear in the wild.
