DailyMail A Connecticut man wearing a t-shirt that read ‘Hold My Beer And Watch This’ was arrested for driving drunk. Harrison Wootton from Woodstock, Connecticut crashed into a stone wall on Wilson Road in the town of Putnam at 1am Monday. Wootton, 29, did not pass the sobriety tests at the scene. He was transported back to Troop D and charged with operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs. Wootton was also charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to have insurance, misuse of plates and failure to drive in the proper lane. The Connecticut State Police Troop D Quality of Life Task Force said on Facebook the registration plates that were on the vehicle belonged to a different vehicle. He was released on a $500 bond and his court date is scheduled for April 20.
We have seen several similar instances in the past, in which someone was arrested while wearing a shirt that fit the crime, making for a hilarious mugshot. Such as this Oregon man who was arrested for DUI wearing a shirt that says Drunk As Shit in bold font. Or this New Hampshire man who was arrested for DUI wearing a This Guy Needs A Beer t-shirt. Or a Florida man who ran down a cop with a stolen truck while wearing a Really Good At Making Bad Decisions t-shirt. Or my personal favorite, an Indiana man who was arrested for domestic violence while wearing a shirt that said I Did Not Hit You I Just High Fived Your Face. There are countless examples in The SportSmasher.com Mugshot Hall Of Fame, and if you are a criminal committing an illegal act, you should be sure that your shirt does not perfectly fit the crime you are committing. If it does, your mugshot will go viral, and will end up on SportSmasher.com or other like minded blogs. On second thought, keep wearing ridiculous shirts while you get arrested, it’s easy blog content.
If you get pulled over wearing this shirt, there is a 100% chance you are taking a field sobriety test, it’s the last shirt that you should wear while drinking and driving.
