MySanAntonio A Texas A&M University freshman was arrested Wednesday night after police said she hit the back of a parked police car while taking a nude Snapchat photo, according to an affidavit obtained by mySA.com. Miranda Kay Rader, 20, hit a parked police car Wednesday around 8:30 p.m. in the 2500 block of East Villa Maria Road, about five miles north of the Texas A&M campus in College Station. Bryan Police Officer John Sartell was responding to a disturbance call in the area when he heard “a vehicle braking hard,” and he saw a gray Acura SUV crash into his parked patrol car, the affidavit states. Sartell said he found Rader in the gray Acura, with the airbags deployed, and she was not wearing a shirt. “I asked her why she was not dressed while driving and she stated that she was taking a Snapchat photo to send to her boyfriend while she was at the red light,” Sartell said in the affidavit, adding that Rader had on an unclasped bra and was attempting to put on a black blouse when the officer approached her vehicle. Sartell said in the affidavit that Rader told him she had an open bottle of wine in the car that she was bringing home from a friend’s house. Upon further inspection, Sartell found that the wine bottle was about a quarter of the way full with a “liquid that had the odor of an alcoholic beverage.” Rader told Sartell she drank about a quarter of the wine at her friend’s house, before she left to go home to her dorm, according to the affidavit. Sartell proceeded to conduct a number of sobriety tests on Rader and found her eyes were “glassy” and she “swayed continuously.” Rader was taken to St. Joseph’s Hospital to have her blood drawn before she was taken to the Brazos County Detention Center where she was booked and charged with driving while intoxicated with an open container, the affidavit states. She was also given a minor in possession of alcohol possession citation. Rader is listed as a general engineering freshman on the university’s website. Brazos County Lt. Carey White said Rader was released on a $2,000 bond around 6 a.m. Thursday morning.
Well we have reached a new low when it comes to Snapchat, a Texas A&M student named Miranda Kay Rader was trying to take nude pictures on Snapchat while driving, and crashed into a parked car. Drunk driving is dangerous enough, but Miranda Kay Rader upped the degree of difficulty, she was drunk driving while trying to Snapchat her tits and it did not end well. Imagine the call that Miranda Kay Rader had to make to her dad after this accident and arrest.
“Dad it’s me. There was an accident. No, don’t worry I’m fine, but the car is in rough shape. I crashed into a parked car, and there’s damage to that car too. I’ve got some worse news though. I was drunk. I know. I know, I’m such an idiot. I had an open bottle of wine in the car. So, I swear I’ll pay you back, but can you come to the station? And bring your checkbook? I need bail money. Oh. One more thing. I was topless. Yeah, my top was off during the accident. Calm down. Why was my top off? Um, so do you know what Snapchat is?”
This is why men want sons, not daughters, I would be far less upset if my son crashed his car because he was sending a dick pic.
