LSU offensive guard Josh Boutte was ejected from the Tigers season opening loss to Wisconsin after one of the biggest cheap shots of all-time. The play was over, Badgers cornerback D’Cota Dixon was celebrating an interception of an LSU quarterback Brandon Harris, when Boutte comes flying in out of nowhere and levels Dixon with a devastating hit. This cheap shot happened well after the whistle, Josh Boutte did not like the fact that D’Cota Dixon was celebrating an interception, and he tried to help his quarterback save face by making Dixon pay the price.
P.S. There was another horrible cheap shot later in the day, when USC defensive end Jabari Ruffin was ejected, after stomping on the groin of Alabama’s return man.
