Indiana Pacers forward Paul George is enjoying a tropical vacation, and he posted this selfie of his trip on Instagram, in which he is clearly wearing his own Indiana Pacers jersey on the beach. I cannot decide if this is a power move by Paul George, or if wearing your own jersey is totally lame. If I saw this guy on the beach, my internal dialogue would be:
“Woah, that guy is really tall. He must be an NBA player. You know what? He looks just like Paul George. Paul George, it’s really him, I should go say hi. Wait, he’s wearing a Paul George jersey, there is no way Paul George would wear his own jersey on the beach. It’s probably an imposter, just a tall dude who looks like Paul George and wears a Paul George jersey to sell his lies, he’s probably telling chicks he’s Paul George to get laid. What a scumbag.”
I wouldn’t say hello to Paul George in a Paul George jersey on vacation, because I would not believe that he would wear his own jersey on the beach, maybe it’s his diabolical way of confusing fans. Either way, a throwback jersey is cool on the beach, but your own jersey is just too cocky. I cannot support this decision by PG-13.
