Brittany Perille Yobe, 27, says she’s surprised by how many people accuse her of being surgically enhanced — especially since the southern California resident has documented just how hard she works to maintain a big, round booty. ‘While genetics do play an important role in determining the size of your glutes, significantly growing the muscles is absolutely possible,’ she told Cosmopolitan.com. Inspired by her mom, who is also a certified fitness trainer, Brittany became a trainer herself in college, making extra money between classes by helping others sculpt their bodies. She continues to do that now with Legion Athletics — and by inspiring hundreds of thousands of fans on social media, where she posts sexy gym locker room selfies, shots in bikinis and underwear, and videos documenting her intense workouts. ‘Even though there is no such thing as a perfect body, I’m still going to chase it as hard as I can,’ she told followers in January, sharing a picture of her slim, muscular physique. At 5’9, Brittany has a very toned tummy and 23.5 inch waist, muscular arms, and a perfectly round backside — which she says she actually only works on three days a week. Surprisingly, she said that squats — thought by many to be the key to a rounder bottom — aren’t actually the best booty-building exercise. She does a combination of ten exercises on her backside, and said she favors the barbell hip thrust, which she can do with up to 315lbs. But while her booty workouts span three days of the week, she actually hits the gym twice a day for six days a week, training her muscles in the morning and doing cardio in the evening. When she’s there, she often takes video of her workouts for Instagram, setting up a tripod to record herself so she doesn’t have to bother a friend. ‘I guess it can be shocking for people at my gym to see my body in certain positions, but I think over time they’ve gotten used to me and my workouts,’ she told Cosmopolitan, adding on Instagram: ‘When I go to the gym I truly have tunnel vision. Nobody and nothing around me matters at this time.’ Her butt-conscious lifestyle doesn’t end when she gets home, either. Brittany also follows a strict diet, avoiding things like soft cheese, wheat, garlic, onions, and artificial sweeteners. N’Because I lift such heavy weights, my body is constantly burning calories and I need to eat every two to three hours,’ she said. She eats a Quest bar in the morning, a protein shake with a banana later in the morning, and chicken with brown rice and bok choy for lunch. Later in the afternoon she’ll eat rice cakes with some peanut butter, followed by a shake made with amino acids. And for dinner, she’ll have more chicken, with sweet potatoes and bok choy. At night, she’ll gave another protein bar or protein shake, followed by Greek yogurt before bed. Brittany admits that she gets bored eating the same thing every day — since she’ll even stick to her usual foods at restaurants — but she knows that staying committed keeps her body on track. She also allows herself one ‘treat meal’ a week, which will often be pizza. ‘If I eat more calories than I’m supposed to in one day, I’ll kick a little more butt during cardio or cut my calories the next day. It’s all about balance,’ she said.
