TMZ Former Tennessee Titans linebacker Keith Bulluck was arrested for DUI in Nashville early Tuesday morning — after cops say the ex-Pro Bowler crashed his car into a light pole. Cops say they responded to the accident around 3 AM — and when they arrived to the scene, Bulluck had a “distinct smell of an alcoholic beverage.” According to police, Bulluck also admitted he had been drinking earlier in the night and was driving home from a place called Losers Bar. Cops say the 38-year-old refused to give a blood sample to test for his alcohol level. No word if Bulluck was injured in the crash.
I was always a huge fan of Keith Bulluck, who played ten seasons in the NFL for the Tennessee Titans and New York Giants, when he was healthy he was one of the best linebackers in the game. Bulluck was a three-time All-Pro (2002, 2003, 2007), led the NFL in tackles in 2004, and is one of the best defensive players ever to suit up for the Titans. This DUI arrest is unfortunate for Bulluck, who left a bar called “Losers” in Nashville and then crashed into a light pole at 2:52am, and while he only admitted to having two beers at the bar he refused a breathalyzer test and was unsteady on his feet which are pretty strong indicators that he was drunk at the time of the accident.
