Fox29: WEST PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) – A SEPTA driver was forced to evacuate a bus Sunday afternoon after a snake was located curled up on a seat.
According to a SEPTA spokesperson, a man got on the Route 52 bus with a snake around his neck just before 4:00 p.m. A jacket was used to cover and hide the snake.
I ride the SEPTA train every day and could totally see something like this happening based on some of the nonsense that goes on. When I heard it was on the bus line, I was not the least bit surprised. I would have pissed my pants if I was a passenger on that bus. And what are the chances that this snake is well cared for and not let loose in the next 4 years? I give it 20% odds tops.
