It just goes to show you that there are still monsters out there, especially in the deep ocean, where some scientists humans have discovered only 7% of the mysterious species. This video was captured by a dive camera off of an oil rig near Great Britain, at first a giant blob appears and the camera operator seems to have startled it off, but then it comes back into view. This is apparently a huge species of jellyfish called Deepstaria Reticulum, which lives in the deep oceans, and is extremely rare to see alive. The creature eats through membranes on it’s skin, and the bumps on the surface are stinging cells, it does not have tentacles like other species but is shaped like a beach ball.
