First off this game was terrible. Yanks lose to the Red Sox in a useless 3-0 game which was postponed for 45 minutes, despite no rain, then got rain delayed twice and finally called after five and a half innings. I hope the AL East does not come down to a game, or a half a game, because it would be a crime if the Red Sox win the division based on this moral victory. Secondly, it is amazing seeing how these players react to thunder, both dugouts come out looking like pansies, it is the middle of a serious storm what did they expect? Leaping into each other’s arms, taking off running, just due to a little thunder. What would Ty Cobb, Ted Williams or Mickey Mantle say if they saw this clip? Those were legit tough guys who fought in wars and got into barfights, sure they were drunks and racists, but they would not have leaped into the air like a chick watching “The Ring” for the first time just because of a little thunder clap. The day of the tough baseball player is dead, these days tough guys train MMA I guess, and Ted Williams frozen head is rolling over in it’s grave/freezer.
