Kliff Kingsbury has to be the coolest college football coach in the country. Not only is he a 33-year-old former quarterback at Texas Tech who holds seven NCAA passing records, but he was also romantically linked to both Jessica Simpson and Britney Spears in their primes. With spring break coming up at Texas Tech, Kingsbury sent the above letter to his team, advising them to stay active and that beating 12-year-olds in video games does not count. Here is the excerpt:
Crystal Ball Run *Also we advise you to be active over break as you will need to be ready to work once June rolls around. Sitting at the house playing COD/2K13/Madden against 12 year olds online doesn’t suffice as “activity” even if you claim to “wreck shop.”
Love the fact that video games do not count as staying active, even if you claim to “wreck shop”. Nice work on the triple hashtag too. I think that Kingsbury’s tenure at Texas Tech is going to be a lot of fun to watch, both on and off the field.
