In the most exciting NBA Finals matchup in recent memory, the Oklahoma City Thunder currently lead the Miami Heat 1-0 in the best of 7 series, following a 105-94 victory on Tuesday night.
I am not just a sports addict, but also a gambling addict, and I am betting on the Miami Heat moneyline tonight.
The Heat are currently +5.5 +200 and my advice is take the +200 all the way to the bank.
Dan Crawford is a referee for the game tonight, and since the Heat drafted Dwayne Wade in 2003, the team is 14-3 in playoff games when Dan Crawford is officiating as opposed to 48-40 when he does not.
Miami guard Dwayne Wade has been under intense media scrutiny following his game one performance (19 points on 7-19 shooting, 2 rebounds, 6 assists) and whenever this has happened in the past Wade has bounced back.
The league wants this to be a riveting series that will ignite a rivalry which will make Lebron vs Durant comparable to Magic vs Bird of the 1980’s. That means the series cannot be one sided, which it very well could be if the Thunder take the first two games at home. The league wants Miami to win this game, and as we all know by now, NBA commissioner David Stern has an uncanny track record of making things go his way…
Take the Miami Heat +200 tonight.
(Remember, its not my fault if I’m wrong, but I’ll appreciate the gratitude when you win.)
